  • Full Moon Yoga And Meditation

    The Full Moon is a charged-up time in the cycle of each month, with abundant light and a reminder of wholeness and vibrancy. In the yogic tradition, lunar energy is that which is always transforming, representing the primordial energy of change (shakti) and the passage of time. Affirm your connection with this lunar transformation through storytelling, self-inquiry practice, release ritual and moon-inspired movement and mediation.

  • Lughnasadh Ritual

    Join us for a heart-full, witchy gathering to honor Lughnasadh, the first harvest on the Wheel of the Year.

    We'll build an altar together, bless it with sunwise movement & sound, honor our skillful & playful natures, collectively write a coven prosperity spell, meditate at sundown, and then create our own Harvest & Prosperity Oracle Cards for our home altars. 

    Afterwards, we’ll use sacred wheat as a portal to community…We are going to share lots of delicious bread, y’all!

    Feel free to Bring:
    – Altar items (herbs, sun symbols, marigolds & sunflowers, dark green and brown candles)

     – Any Instruments if you’d like!

    Together, we honor the village, the land, and the yield of all we’ve been tending. Leave filled with connection  + crumb-dusted fingers.
