The Full Moon is a charged-up time in the cycle of each month, with abundant light and a reminder of wholeness and vibrancy. In the yogic tradition, lunar energy is that which is always transforming, representing the primordial energy of change (shakti) and the passage of time. Affirm your connection with this lunar transformation through storytelling, self-inquiry practice, release ritual and moon-inspired movement and mediation.

A Trauma Informed Practice

* This is a practice for people with a history of addiction.

In  this 90 minute offering, students will learn tools to resource and create a nurturing space for the emotional and physical body. We will use mindful movement, somatic practices, journal reflection, and simple meditation techniques to tend to our systems in a way that feels the very best to us as individuals so that we can connect to ourselves and each other.
