Join Alison for a yoga practice in celebration of queer identity, radical self-expression, and embodiment. Set to a soundtrack of iconic new wave, we’ll move through a playful vinyasa practice that honors every weird & wild part of you.
Expect deep stretches, juicy flows, rest, & integration. All identities & expressions welcome! No experience necessary.
